THERMADOR Error Code E2
Professional Ranges Models: PDR30/36/48…PRG30/36/48
ERROR CODE | DESCRIPTION | RESOLUTION |
CODE E2 | Turns all heat and micro off. Clears when oven temp drops below runaway temp and selector is off. | Repair the electronic rannge control (also called clock ERC) |
The control constantly keeps track of system specifications for control and oven failings and reports a mistake code when a system issue is detected. The control uses the ovens blue “on light” and also oven “heating light” to report an identified mistake code. The control will certainly remain to flash the lights in the proper sequence as long as the mistake exists.
Detection of a fault does not prevent the ability of the control to continue to work if the fault is not crucial for the desired operation. As an example: If the range door latch is faulty, the array will continue to cook because the mistake would just prevent the range from self-cleaning.
HOW TO TRANSLATE CODES
When a mistake occurs, the control will flash heaven stove “on light” as well as heaven “home heating light” sequentially to suggest the mistake. The fault codes have two numbers, these numbers are translated by the variety of times the lights blink. The oven “on light” will flash suggesting the first number, and the “home heating light” will certainly flash suggesting the second number.
INSTANCE:
Mistake E9 is … No Air conditioning Fans. The code is 43. The oven “on light” will certainly flash four times, then the “home heating light” will certainly flash 3 times, then pause. The sequence will then duplicate as long as the fault exists.
